A Warm Start Among Friends
Guests began arriving as early as Friday evening, many of them traveling in with their own KRUG Trucks. The unofficial kickoff to the weekend was relaxed and familiar, shaped by friendly conversations and new stories. The exchange with seasoned overlanders is a treasured tradition—after all, their passion and real-world experience are what keep the heart of our brand beating.
A Day of Discovery
Saturday offered visitors the opportunity to dive deep into the world of KRUG expedition vehicles. Guided tours through our production facility revealed just how much craftsmanship, precision, and know-how goes into every single cabin we build.
Naturally, our vehicles took center stage. During detailed walk-arounds and technical demonstrations, numerous conversations unfolded about upcoming projects and new ideas. Our customers’ travel stories—shared openly, authentically, and with genuine enthusiasm for life on four (very big) wheels—were especially appreciated by many visitors.
A clear crowd favorite was the showcased Tatra chassis, which impressed with its technical strength and commanding presence.
Connections That Bring People Together
Beyond the technology, the event once again highlighted what truly defines KRUG Expedition: the people. Our team answered questions, explained development processes, and shared insights into what drives our work. At the same time, customers, new owners, and interested visitors exchanged ideas—conversations that inspire, connect, and build trust.
The weekend came to a close on Saturday afternoon with a relaxed BBQ and mulled wine. In this warm atmosphere, new contacts were made, conversations continued, and a strong sense of community within the growing overlanding world was truly felt.
