Recap: KRUG Expedition at the Caravan Salon 2025

Nine unforgettable days at Caravan Salon are now behind us — and what a journey it has been! This year’s show in Düsseldorf marked another milestone for KRUG Expedition. At our brand-new location in Hall 16, we welcomed an impressive number of visitors who came with one shared desire: to get as close as possible to real expedition freedom.

From the very first hour, the response was overwhelming. People from all over the world stepped inside our custom-built, fully self-sufficient trucks, discovering what true independence on the road really feels like. Every door that opened, every ascent into the driver’s cabin, every conversation at our booth carried the same spark — curiosity, inspiration, and the dream of exploring the world far beyond paved roads. Throughout the show, we had countless meaningful exchanges with customers, partners, and adventurers who approach travel the same way we do: not as a destination, but as a lifestyle. These conversations reminded us once again why we build the trucks we build — for people who dare to live differently.

Our two exhibition trucks became clear highlights of the hall, perfectly embodying everything KRUG Expedition stands for: uncompromising craftsmanship, thoughtful engineering, and absolute autonomy. A special highlight was the appearance of “Manny,” the beloved customer vehicle that already enjoys a loyal following on social media. Its presence drew massive crowds and created a buzz that stayed with us until the very last day. We are deeply grateful for every visitor who stopped by our booth, stepped into our world, and shared their stories, dreams, and ideas with us. Caravan Salon 2025 was not merely a trade fair — it was a celebration of wanderlust, freedom, and the unstoppable human desire to explore.
