ZAHLUNGS- UND STORNOBEDINGUNGEN
Mit Absenden des Anmeldeformulars melden sich Teilnehmer verbindlich für das KRUG Off-Road Wochenende zum am Formular genannten Termin an. Teilnehmer erhalten nach Eingang Ihrer Anmeldung eine Anmeldebestätigung.
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 60 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn möglich (24.3.2025 für den Frühjahrstermin, 28.7.2025 für den Herbsttermin). Für Stornierungen nach diesem Termin wird die Teilnahmegebühr für eine Teilnahme an einem späteren Termin gutgeschrieben.
Nach Ablauf der kostenfreien Stornierungsfrist erhalten Teilnehmer eine Rechnung über die volle Teilnahmegebühr (EUR 650.00 für Teilnehmer ohne Truck / EUR 2,000.00 für Teilnehmer mit Truck), welche binnen 7 Tagen nach Erhalt zu begleichen ist (Banküberweisung oder Zahlung per Kreditkarte).

Sollte es zu einer Absage seitens des Veranstalters kommen, wird die volle Teilnahmegebühr rückerstattet.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
By submitting the registration form, participants register bindingly for the KRUG Off-Road Weekend on the date specified on the form. Participants will receive a registration confirmation after receipt of their registration.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the start of the event (March 24, 2025 for the spring date, July 28, 2025 for the fall date). For cancellations after this date, the participation fee will be credited for participation at a later date.
