PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
By submitting the registration form, participants register bindingly for the KRUG Off-Road Weekend on the date specified on the form. Participants will receive a registration confirmation after receipt of their registration.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the start of the event (March 24, 2025 for the spring date, July 28, 2025 for the fall date). For cancellations after this date, the participation fee will be credited for participation at a later date.
After the free cancellation period has expired, participants will receive an invoice for the full participation fee (EUR 650.00 for participants without a truck / EUR 2,000.00 for participants with a truck), which must be paid within 7 days of receipt (bank transfer or payment by credit card).
For registrations from 60 days before the event, participants will receive an invoice for the full participation fee with their registration confirmation.
In case of cancellation of the event on the part of organizer, the full participation fee will be refunded.
